The Little Coffee Shop of Kabul is a novel about Sunny, a 38-year-old American woman who runs a coffee shop in Afghanistan. The story revolves around five women who come together in the coffee shop, including Yazmina, a young Afghan woman who was kidnapped and left on a city street pregnant and alone.
